From Being an Introvert to Speaking in Public

Growing up, I never imagined that I would have the confidence to stand on a stage and speak to a public audience. I was shy and introverted, content to spend time by myself. But that all changed when I discovered running in my late thirties and eventually became the organizer of the Satara Hill Half Marathon. This experience has taught me that we are capable of so much more than we realize, and has given me the courage to step out of my comfort zone and face a crowd of people with confidence.
