Body weight training a.k.a Calisthenics is a great way to start your journey towards an aesthetic physique. However, it helps to have access to some weights, as you progress. Even a simple pair of dumbells with adjustable weights can help you keep progressing & helps prevent the boredom that usually sets in when you become a slave to just one particular way of working out.
